How to Enquire and Place an Export Order
Ember Lotus currently accepts wholesale quotations and made-to-order handicraft enquiries; direct website checkout is not active.
- Send an enquiry: provide product references, estimated quantity, destination country/postcode, required date and packing/document needs at [email protected].
- Confirm availability: we check stock, minimum quantity, material/dimension specifications and preparation time. Natural handmade variations will be disclosed before an order.
- Review the written quotation: check unit/total price and currency, packing/freight/insurance, preparation/delivery estimates, customs/tax terms, payment schedule, cancellation/returns and seller details.
- Accept and pay: an order is confirmed only after both parties accept the written quotation/order and the amount due is paid using the method stated in that document.
- Production, packing and dispatch: work follows the approved sample/specification. Tracking is shared when provided by the carrier and we assist with follow-up.
- After-sales support: see the Returns, Refunds and Transit Damage Policy; contact us promptly about an incorrect, defective or damaged item.
Do not send card data or sensitive identity documents through ordinary email. Pay only to an account or link named in an official quotation/invoice.
