International freight and delivery timing are quoted for each enquiry. They depend on the product, packed dimensions, quantity, destination, packing plan and available carrier schedules. Ember Lotus does not apply one standard freight rate or delivery time to every market.

Details for a quotation

Please share the product references, quantities, destination country and city or postcode, and target date. Include any requirements for protective packing, crating, insurance or documents in your initial enquiry.

Terms confirmed before an order

A written quotation will state the applicable costs, shipping method and delivery terms for that order. Responsibility for freight, insurance, import duties and customs procedures, along with the process for transit damage, will be agreed before the order is confirmed.
