Does Ember Lotus currently sell directly through website checkout?

No. The website currently accepts quotation enquiries and made-to-order/wholesale export orders. Price, MOQ, availability and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before an order.

Can you ship handicrafts to the United States?

Send the city/postcode, quantity, required date and packing needs. We will check the shipping route, product/document requirements and quote freight, method and an estimate for that order.

Can I receive a USD quotation?

The written quotation states the currency and total due. USD may be used when stated in the quotation; product pages do not currently display prices.

Who pays U.S. import duties and customs charges?

The buyer pays charges assessed at destination unless the quotation expressly states another term, such as DDP, and lists included charges.

Will a handmade item exactly match its photograph?

Small natural differences in colour, grain, dimensions or finishing may occur. The confirmed sample and specification in the quotation/order are used to assess material discrepancies.

Does Ember Lotus accept PayPal Business or 2Checkout?

Neither method is currently enabled on this website. Pay only using the method named in an official quotation/invoice. We will update the site if an integration is approved and active.

How long do production and delivery take?

Timing depends on the product, quantity, packing, destination and carrier schedule. The quotation will state the preparation period and available transit estimate.

What if goods are incorrect or damaged?

Keep the packaging, take photographs and contact [email protected] under the Returns and Refunds Policy.
