Terms of Sale and Website Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026. Ember Lotus presents Vietnamese handicrafts and accepts trade/quotation enquiries. The website currently has no cart, checkout prices or online payment; an enquiry alone is not an order.
1. Seller identity and contact
Trading brand: Ember Lotus · Operating country: Vietnam · Customer support: [email protected] · Vietnam phone/Zalo: +84 912 776 590. The full legal seller name and transaction address will appear on the quotation, invoice or order document. Buyers should review seller details on that document before paying.
2. Quotations and order acceptance
Product pages and images introduce examples and are not fixed-price offers. A written quotation should identify the product/reference, confirmed materials/specifications, quantity, currency, unit and total price, validity period, MOQ if applicable, packing terms/cost, shipping, import charges, payment method/schedule, preparation/delivery estimates, cancellation terms, returns and damage procedure. An order is accepted only when both parties agree to these details in writing and the buyer pays the amount then due.
3. Handmade goods and product descriptions
Handmade pieces may vary slightly in colour, grain, dimensions or visible finishing. Product-specific information confirmed for a reference/quotation takes precedence over general descriptions. Ember Lotus will not claim materials, origin, certification or specialist benefits without a basis to verify them. State special requirements for colour, dimensions, packing, labels or documents in advance; rely only on requirements accepted in writing.
4. Price, currency, payment and invoices
The quotation/order document states currency, amounts due, deposit, payment schedule, bank fees, taxes and invoice details. Use only the payment method named in an official Ember Lotus transaction document. PayPal Business and 2Checkout are not currently represented as active payment methods on this website. If an approved online gateway is later enabled, seller/statement descriptor, currency and applicable payment terms will be shown before payment.
5. Delivery, risk and import obligations
The order document states the delivery term, risk-transfer point, tracking, freight, insurance, customs-clearance responsibility and tax allocation. The buyer is responsible for U.S. or other destination-country import charges unless the transaction document expressly states another arrangement, such as DDP. The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and cooperate with the carrier/customs process.
6. Cancellation, returns, refunds and claims
See the Returns and Refunds Policy for details. Made-to-order work may enter production after sample/specification approval; any non-refundable incurred cost, cancellation cut-off and refund method must be disclosed before payment. Mandatory buyer rights under applicable law remain reserved.
7. Website content and acceptable use
Website photography, text, brand names and designs belong to Ember Lotus or its licensors. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without permission. Users must not submit unlawful or infringing content or interfere with the website or its systems.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for direct loss established under the transaction and applicable law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These posted terms govern website use; the accepted written order document governs transaction details. Contact [email protected] with questions.
