Payment Policy

Ember Lotus has not enabled online payment, posted checkout prices or website checkout. Do not submit payment based only on a product listing.

Method and currency

The quotation/invoice states transaction currency, amount due, deposit if any, due dates, allocation of bank fees and accepted method. Pay only according to an official transaction document sent from [email protected].

PayPal Business and 2Checkout

Ember Lotus does not currently represent PayPal Business or 2Checkout as active payment methods. Their logos/buttons will appear only after the business account is approved, integration is tested and a valid payment route is enabled. Buyers are not asked to use personal/friends-and-family payments or pay an individual outside the order document.

Confirmation and refunds

An order is confirmed after both parties accept its written quotation/order and the amount due is paid. A receipt confirms amount, order reference, seller and payment status. Approved refunds are returned to the original method; posting time depends on the bank/payment provider. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.
